Staff at Edge Mutual donned their best Barbie-themed outfits, laced up their bowling shoes and took to the lanes to fundraise for Big Brothers Big Sisters North Wellington with Crewson Insurance on February 4th. Together, 217 bowlers from around North Wellington came together to support important mentoring work for children in the community.

The fourth annual Shine Your Light Sunflower Tour on Aug. 19 drew a large crowd for a day of outdoor fun in the sun.

The event, hosted by Leona Ottens on her farm near Moorefield featured market vendors, live music, children’s activities, food booths, yoga in the fields and a run through the sunflowers.

Where can you go to see world-class artists (actors, dancers, musicians, and comedians) delivering stunning performances, without driving to a big city like Toronto or New York?   The amazing truth is that we're so fortunate to have such a venue right here in the rural town of DRAYTON, Ontario!

On June 8, 2023 Edge Mutual hosted their annual Broker Appreciation Night.

After a social gathering and meal at the Drayton arena, guests travelled downtown to see the Buddy Holly Story at the Drayton Theatre.  Several people in attendance commented that it was one of the best musical productions they had seen.

Edge Mutual President & CEO, Carlos Rodrigues presented a cheque for $2,000 to LYNC Communities Chair, Steve Wagler, towards an upcoming project to build affordable housing in New Hamburg, Ontario.

Ontario drivers can now present a digital copy of their Certificate of Automobile Insurance (aka "Insurance Pink Slip") from their phone, if a police officer requests to see proof of insurance after pulling a vehicle over.  

In addition, Edge Mutual policyholders can now choose to have your insurance documents delivered by email (PDF documents) instead of receiving paper documents sent through postal mail delivery.

On June 17, 2023 the Louise Marshall Hospital Foundation hosted their 3rd Annual Gala: Tuxedos & Tiaras - A Black & White Affair, at the Mount Forest & District Sports Complex.  The gala is one of the hospitals most significant fundraisers of the year.  Edge Mutual was gala sponsor, as part of our continued support of local hospitals.
